Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 24 June 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Prompt Safe, the web application available at https://app.aipromptsafe.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Pyxage ("we", "us", "our").

For any question about these Terms, contact us at privacy@hq.pyxage.com.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

2. The Service

AI Prompt Safe is a software-as-a-service application for storing, organising, testing, and sharing AI prompts. Depending on your plan, it includes prompt storage and organisation, an AI Playground, AI-assisted prompt creation, public prompt sharing, CSV import and export, client and project organisation, and team workspaces.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. If we discontinue a feature material to your paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is aimed at professionals and businesses.
  • You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • New accounts may be subject to approval before activation.
  • You may not share one account between multiple people. Team workspaces exist for collaboration — each person needs their own account.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current plan features and limits are shown in the app on the Plan & Usage card.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance as a recurring subscription through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your account then returns to the free plan. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If a payment fails, we will tell you in the app. If payment is not brought up to date within a reasonable time, we may downgrade your account to the free plan.
  • Downgrading never deletes your content, but features and limits of the lower plan apply — for example, you cannot create new prompts above your plan's limit.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period; if you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
  • If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

5. AI features, app-paid runs, and your own API keys

  • Some plans include a limited number of app-paid AI runs through our AI gateway (the current allowance is shown in the app). After that, AI features require you to add your own API keys ("BYOK") for the supported providers, unless your plan says otherwise.
  • When you use BYOK, requests go to the relevant AI provider under your account with that provider. You are responsible for your provider accounts, their fees, and complying with their terms.
  • AI-generated output is produced by third-party machine-learning models. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it or using it commercially. We make no warranty about AI output.
  • You must not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or attempt to circumvent the safety measures of the Service or the underlying model providers.

6. Your content

  • You retain all rights you have in the prompts and other content you store in the Service ("Your Content").
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service.
  • If you mark a prompt Public, you authorise us to publish it at a public URL where anyone with the link can view and copy it, until you unshare it.
  • In a team workspace, your teammates can view and work with prompts in that workspace according to their role.
  • If you store information about your own clients in the Service, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. As described in the Privacy Policy, we process that data only as your processor.
  • You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or breaches these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law or regulation.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions, or security measures.
  • Scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties as a service of your own.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Use the Service to send spam or to generate content for deceptive or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

8. Availability and support

  • We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Support is provided through the in-app Help Center and by email at privacy@hq.pyxage.com.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for as long as you have an account in good standing.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time using the Danger Zone option in your profile settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • If we terminate the Service entirely, we will give paid subscribers reasonable notice and refund any prepaid fees covering the period after termination.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your prompts to CSV before deleting your account.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
  • Subject to that, we are not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data; losses caused by AI-generated output you chose to rely on; losses caused by third-party services (including AI providers, Stripe, and hosting providers) outside our reasonable control; or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) £50.
  • If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

13. General

  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a business reorganisation or sale, provided your rights are not reduced.
  • A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and court venues of the country you live in.
