This policy explains how AI Prompt Safe uses cookies and similar technologies on www.aipromptsafe.com and app.aipromptsafe.com, and how you can control them. One choice applies to both. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
AI Prompt Safe is operated by PYXAGE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11232293), registered office 3 Daylesford, 494 Littlemoor Road, Weymouth, DT3 5NY ("we", "us", "our"). For any question about this policy, email privacy@hq.pyxage.com.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, store or read information on your device in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
3. How we use them
Strictly necessary. These are needed for the site and app to work. Examples are remembering your cookie choice, keeping you signed in to the app, and remembering display preferences such as your theme. The law does not require your consent for these, and you cannot switch them off in our settings.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click "Accept all" or switch Analytics on, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive. This helps us improve AI Prompt Safe. We set these cookies only after you consent. We have configured Google Analytics so that advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always off, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookieless measurement. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device. It does not identify you or track you across other websites. Because it does not rely on cookies, it runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Local storage. We keep theme and other display preferences in your browser's local storage (strictly necessary). Vercel Web Analytics may read the local storage key __va_attribution if it exists. Our site never writes that key.
5. Managing your choices
You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit. You can change your mind or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop setting analytics cookies. You can also delete existing cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings too, but blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site or app from working.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change, and we will ask for your consent again where needed. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
